BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY! First and foremost, my car had no major electrical issues before coming to this company. I dropped my car off on June 7th and was told the estimated time for repair would put me at June 30th for pickup. After about the third week (June 22nd) I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle, only to find out that HOLLINGSWORTH sent my vehicle to a third party shop without prior confirmation or notification. Throughout this entire process, I have not received one phone call or text message letting me know the status of my vehicle. Also during that phone call, I learned that my car was having “battery issues” leaving my car in limp mode. They did not call to inform me at any point to update me on any problems with my vehicle. After speaking with my insurance company and the third party shop, I was told that my junction box is now malfunctioning. Today after speaking with Hollingsworth, I do not know when my vehicle will be ready for pick up. Their staff is not cooperative and doesn’t even attempt to rectify the issue (which only started after my car was in their shop for 3 weeks). They have had my vehicle for over a month for minor damage to the front

Dramatic decline in communication, workmanship, and general customer service. We have used Hollingsworth for the past 20 years for various vehicle repairs - ranging from small to very extensive. I can't begin to accurately describe the decline in overall experience. In August 2025, a car ran a light and damaged the driver side of our son's vehicle. Based on past experience, we selected Hollingsworth to do the repairs. This turned out to be a mistake. 11 months after Hollingsworth took receipt of the truck it is finally complete. Over these 11 months, numerous deadlines were missed, emails and phone calls not returned, poor workmanship with significant redo, and the overall feeling that they did not appreciate our business and were completely bothered by any inquiry regarding the status of the vehicle and missed promised deadlines. At one point, we asked to speak with the owner/manager and never received a return call. I would not be writing this review if someone had shown they cared the slightest about our experience. It was an astounding level of disregard. As a Savannah family who relied on this business for decades it is incredibly sad to see this decline in customer care

Really happy I chose Hollingsworth. Seamless integration with my insurance co, excellent communication wrt process status. Its easy to expect a fast turnaround but they make sure you know the progress, any delays and next steps

My car was involved in an auto accident, and I had no idea what body shop I should contact. Someone recommended Hollingsworth and I'm so glad they did. Immediately, I noticed that everyone I interacted with knew what they were talking about. I felt comfortable that they weren't going to "upsell" me on anything not necessary. Special shout out to Ashley - she knows what she's doing. She kept in contact with me regularly to provide updates. It was very apparent she genuinely cares about her customers.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with Hollingworth was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it. Communication was extremely poor — I received no updates about my car’s progress and had to reach out multiple times myself, only to learn that the vehicle had been damaged during the repair process. The car was returned two months later, which was nearly four weeks past the original promised date. When I finally got it back, the door wasn’t sealed properly, leading to interior water damage. On top of that, there was a significant amount of grease and residue inside the car. I only realized this after noticing an oily film on my hands and even irritation in my eyes after driving. Look, I'll take the bad service, the burning eyes... but the water damage has left a residue and smell in my car like a wet rag. Even after I brought it back, they didn't fix it. I’ve attached photos showing the dirt and damage left behind after their work. The service experience overall was subpar, and I regret not paying closer attention to the negative reviews beforehand. If you choose to use Hollingworth for repairs, I strongly recommend reading the existing reviews first —
